RETURNS:

Please report any discrepancies and/or damage upon receipt of order. Returns must first be authorized by phone or email and are only accepted with the original receipt and in the original condition/packaging within 30 days. Returns of stocked items are subject to restocking charges. We do not cover return shipping costs.

DISCLAIMER:

Orders can be delivered from our warehouse 7 days a week. Regular deliveries are Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 6 PM excluding holidays. Weekend and After Hours deliveries are for credit accounts or subject to additional cost. For weekend deliveries, orders should be placed during regular office hours Monday to Friday for efficiency. Any last minute after hour and weekend orders placed outside regular office hours is subject to delayed responses. The customer will be contacted prior to delivery if additional charges are required; when larger quantities of oversized items are requested, when shipments are delivered outside the lower mainland, and when same day rush orders are required.

PRICING:

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. LOADNSTRAPS Cargo Equipment Corp. strives to maintain competitive pricing, however, pricing is subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any price changes will be reported before finalizing the order for delivery.

SERVICES:

Routine Delivery Schedule: Credit Account Clients can have a rep regularly come by 3 days a week (M,W,F) to refill common order items.

Product Training Videos: Access to training videos, How to properly use securement items.

24/Hr Delivery Available: 

Business Hours Delivery: 7am-6pm

After Hours Delivery: 6pm-7am *is subject to additional cost 

Delivery is FREE within the City of Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and New Westminster with any purchases over $150.

Delivery for purchases less than $150 in theses cities are subject to standard cost of $9.95

Delivery is FREE within the City of North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Delta, Port Coquitlam/Coquitlam, Port Moody with any purchases over $250.

Delivery for purchases less than $250 in these cities are subject to standard cost of $19.95.

Delivery cost outside the above mentioned cities will be based on our courier costs.

We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to use your own courier, please provide account numbers to expedite the process. Products in stock will be delivered next day, products back-ordered will be delivered when received.
